Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order. BLOKE & LASS does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The same timeline applies to exchanges and returns.

5. CONDITIONS FOR NON-ACCEPTANCE

A return or refund request will not be accepted if:

  • The product returned differs from the item originally ordered.
  • The product shows signs of wear, use, washing, or tampering.
