RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

– We, at BLOKE & LASS™, do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage fees regarding returns and exchanges.

– If you wish to return or exchange your product/s(subject to availability) please contact our customer service team at blokelass.customerservice@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product. Keep in mind that the products will be available for return or exchange only if they are in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken.

– To maintain the hygiene standards of our products; all items are inspected thoroughly by our team at BLOKE & LASS™before a return/exchange is processed. Products found used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a defective product, please let us know at our email within 5 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time period. Please contact blokelass.customerservice@gmail.com for further assistance.

– We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is defective/incorrect. In case of the product/s being defective or incorrect, you will have to let us know by sharing images of the product at blokelass.customerservice@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give any assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and read our policy before finalizing your purchases. If you are unsure of eligibility for a return or exchange, please contact us at blokelass.customerservice@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours

EXCHANGE

– To be eligible for an exchange, your product should be in original packing, unused and in the same condition that you received in, with the tags intact.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to approve your exchange.

– The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer safely with the tracking ID sent to us on blokelass.customerservice@gmail.com on the same email thread.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

– Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.

RETURNS

– Our return policy lasts for 5 days after your purchase/delivery. Any kind of return or exchange won’t be considered after this time period.

– To be eligible for a return, your product should be in original packing, unused and in the same condition that you received in.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to approve your return.

REFUND

– BLOKE & LASS™ does not offer refund, therefore we request you to make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and read our policy before finalizing your purchases.

– In case of receiving defective/incorrect product, you will have to let us know by sharing images of the product at blokelass.customerservice@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. If your product is approved, your product will be exchanged within 5 days.

ON-SALE PURCHASE

– Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/exchange.

SALE ITEMS

– Only regular priced products are eligible for exchange/return policy, given the condition of the products, unfortunately sale products cannot be exchanged/returned.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

– Here at BLOKE & LASS™, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the website for any of the following reasons:

– The product is not in stock.

– Your billing information is not correct/verifiable.

– We are unable to deliver to the provided address.
